Payment must be made using accepted methods. You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide. Jadesheen Hongkong Limited does not store complete payment card details.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Shipping options and costs are presented at checkout. Jadesheen Hongkong Limited ships to addresses provided by you. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Refund Policy

Jadesheen Hongkong Limited offers a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. You may return any clothing item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, contact [email protected] within 14 days of receipt. You must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days from the date Jadesheen Hongkong Limited receives the returned item. This means the total time from Jadesheen Hongkong Limited receipt of the return to the funds appearing in your account is at least 14 days.

For PayPal refunds, the refund will take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Jadesheen Hongkong Limited is not responsible for delays caused by PayPal or your financial institution. All refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must provide your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and clear photographs to [email protected]. Claims submitted after 7 days of receipt will be denied.
